Can I Unlink a Project from MS Dynamics?

Yes, if your Loopio Project is linked to the wrong MS Dynamics Opportunity, you can unlink it from MS Dynamics on the Project List page.

Unlinking a Project from MS Dynamics

To unlink a Project from MS Dynamics:

  1. Navigate to the Project List page
  2. Click the Project Actions menu (⋯) to the right of the Loopio project you want to unlink

  3. Select Unlink MS Dynamics Opportunity
  4. Click the Unlink Opportunity button
  5. If the Project was successfully unlinked, you’ll see the following message:
