Can I Reassign Library Reviews in Bulk?

Yes, you can reassign up to 500 Library Reviews in one bulk action.

 

Permissions Required:

  • Users with Reviews from Library, Level 1 (Reviewer) permissions or higher can bulk reassign Reviews assigned to them back to an Administrator. They will not be able to reassign Reviews that are assigned to other individuals.
  • Users with Reviews from Library, Level 2 (Assigner) permissions or higher can bulk reassign all Reviews in the current list, even those assigned to other Users. They will be able to reassign these Reviews to any Reviewers or Administrators who have access to the content.

Reassigning Reviews in Bulk

  1. Navigate to Reviews > From Library
  2. Select one or more Reviews using the checkbox to the left of the Question

    Tip: Select all the Reviews on a page by clicking on the Select Page option above the first entry

  3. If required, navigate across multiple mages of Reviews and select up to 500 Reviews in total
  4. Click X Reviews Selected
  5. Select Reassign Reviews

  6. Enter a new Reviewer, confirm the number of entries that will be affected by this action, and click Reassign, or click Cancel to make changes to your selection

Note: If your team uses Multi-Step Reviews, only the current step will be affected:
