Will the Project Type Field Sync for Loopio Projects Completed in the Past?
Only Projects that are created or updated in Loopio after the package is upgraded will have the Project Type field populated.
Will Upgrading the Integration Disrupt My Existing Custom Fields?
Existing custom fields previously created on the Loopio Object will not be impacted following the upgrade.
Exception: if you have an existing custom field added to the Loopio Object that is named “Project Type” you should rename this field prior to upgrading to avoid any potential field name conflicts. The package will use the name "Project Type" with a field/api name of 'Loopio__Project_Type__c'
Do I Have to Upgrade the Integration?
No, upgrading to the newest version of Loopio's Salesforce Integration is not mandatory at this time. If you're interested in syncing the Project Type field in the future, the app can be updated at that time.
