How Do I Enable the Option to Summarize Responses Using the Chrome Extension?

To enable the option to summarize answers from your Loopio Library while using the Loopio Chrome Extensions, there are two steps:

  1. Enable Generative AI in Your Loopio Account
     

    Note: This step may already be completed if you have previously enabled the ability to Generate Answers in the Project Workspace.

  2. Enable the Chrome Extension Summarize Option

Who Can Use the Chrome Extension Summarize Feature?

Once the Summarize feature of the Chrome Extension is enabled, any member of your team who has permission to search the Loopio Library will see the Summarize option on their search results.

Permissions Required: The General Admin: Manage Site Settings permission is required to enable the option to Summarize Loopio Library answers using the Chrome Extension.

In order to enable any Generative AI feature on your organization’s account, there is a requirement to agree to an updated set of legal terms and conditions. Once the updated agreement is received by Loopio, you will have the option to enable Generative AI-based features for your organization's Loopio instance.

As a Loopio Administrator, you can can agree to the new Terms & Conditions within your Loopio instance. Once you agree, the Generative AI feature becomes available for your account.

  1. Click Admin in the main navigation and select Site Settings
  2. Select the checkbox indicating that you agree to new terms and conditions
  3. Click Enable Generative AI

Enable the Chrome Extension Summarize Feature

Once an Administrator of your Account has agreed to the Product Specific Terms of Service for Generative AI, you will see the option to enable the Summarize Answers in Chrome Extension checkbox.
