Our Support Team is happy to help add custom fonts to your Content Styles page. Contact us at email@example.com, or by clicking the teal question mark within Loopio, and provide the full font name as it appears in Word.
Once the font has been added, you will see it at the bottom of the font dropdown list.
If the font does not appear correctly after it has been added to your account, please check if the font is installed on your local computer.
To find out if your custom font is loaded on your computer:
- Open a Google Chrome browser
- Click the more options icon (three dots)
- Click Settings
- In the search bar, search for font
- Click Customize Fonts
- Select any font dropdown to view the full list of fonts installed on your computer
If your custom font is not installed on your computer, please contact your IT department to locally install the font.
