To help your team maintain security, only a Loopio Administrator can change a user’s email address. To change the email associated with your account, please contact an internal Administrator.
Permissions Required: General Administration, Level 1 (Manager) permissions are required to access the Admin Page.
To update a User's email address:
- Click Admin in the top navigation bar
- Click on the Users tab
- Click on the User's name
- Update the email address
- Click Update
