Configuring Library User Role Permissions
By default, Library Users have access to view all the content in your Loopio Library.
Creating custom roles for your Library Users gives them access to the content that matters to them the most while ensuring that any archived or confidential information only appears to the right users.
To customize Library User permissions, head to the Admin > Roles & Permissions page and find a Library User Role.
Select Level 1 (Read Only) for any Stacks that Library Users should have access to.
Creating Additional Library User Roles
To create an additional Library User Role:
- Head to Admin > Roles and Permissions
- Click Add Role
- Set Role Type to Library User
To Identify a Library User Role, look for the book icon that appears next to the name of the Role:
