The Loopio Chrome Extension is an extension for the Chrome Browser that allows you to create Projects in Loopio from an RFP, Security Questionnaire, or other sales questionnaires in a portal. You can then respond to the RFP normally within Loopio, and use the extension to transfer your answers to the portal.

Setting Up The Google Chrome Extension
There are two ways to access the Google Chrome Extension for download within the Loopio platform, depending on your Loopio permissions: Through the Admin tab or from the “New Project” modal.

To Download the Chrome Extension From the Admin Tab
- Click Admin in your top navigation bar
- Click Integrations
- Click View on Chrome Web Store in the Chrome section of the Integrations page
- In the Chrome Web Store, click Add to Chrome
- Click Add extension on the dialog box that appears
- Click the Loopio icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser window
- Enter your team's Loopio URL - this can be seen in your browser's address bar when you are logged in to your Loopio account
- Click Continue
- You will be redirected to Loopio to log in to your Loopio account
Tip: If you are already logged in to Loopio, you will be logged in to the Chrome Extension automatically
To Download the Chrome Extension From the “Create a Project” Popup
- Click Projects in your top navigation bar
- Click Create a New Project
- Click Try the Chrome Extension at the bottom of the popup
- In the Chrome Web Store, click Add to Chrome
- Click Add extension on the dialog box that appears
- Click the Loopio icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser window
- Enter your Loopio URL
- Click Continue
You will be redirected to Loopio to log in to your Loopio account
Enabling the "Summarize" Feature in the Loopio Chrome Extension
In order to enable the Summarize feature in the Loopio Chrome Extension, there is a requirement to agree to an updated set of legal terms and conditions. Once the updated agreement is received by Loopio, the Summarize feature can be activated for your users.
Automated In-Platform Method
- As a Loopio Administrator, you can can agree to the new Terms & Conditions within your Loopio instance. Once you agree, the Generative AI feature becomes available for your account
- Click Admin in the main navigation and select Site Settings
- Select the checkbox indicating that you agree to new terms and conditions
- Click Enable Generative AI
- Select the checkbox beside Summarize Answers in Chrome Extension and click Save
Subscription Required: The ability to enable the Summarize Answers in Chrome Extension option is available for all subscription plans.
