Freshness Score
A Freshness Score has been calculated for all your Library Entries based on their age, frequency and recency of usage, and their frequency and recency of being reviewed.
A high Freshness Score indicates that an Entry is frequently used and is up-to-date.This makes it easy, at-a-glance, to be confident that the Entry you’re looking at is ready for prime time, making the entire response process faster.
On the other hand, a low Freshness Score indicates that an Entry hasn’t been looked at in some time and may be in need of a refresh. During the response process, you may want to double check low-score Entries. When doing Reviews, it’s easy to prioritize Entries with low scores as needing attention first.

Responses are often a team effort, with groups of Subject Matter Experts all participating based on their area of expertise, capacity, and timing. Luckily, Teams makes it easy to get the right people involved.
Now you can organize your Users into Teams and assign questions to those Teams. Everyone on that Team will be notified that a response is needed, ensuring that the most appropriate SME is answering the question - even if you’re not positive who exactly on the Team that might be.

Collaborator Role
Leveraging the expertise and insights of people across your organization is now easier than ever.

This means that Collaborators have full visibility into a Project, without access to Project Admin-only functions like Close Loop or Export.
