How Do I Unlink Linked Library Entries?

Permissions Required: Library, Level 3 (Full Access) permissions required to edit links on a Library Entry. As Library/Stacks, Level 3 permissions are required for all Entries to be linked, Users will only be able to edit links for Entries in Stacks to which they have Level 3 permissions.

Linking Library Entries creates a one-to-one link between two Library Entries. 

To unlink Library Entries:

  1. Navigate to the Library page and locate one of the Entry you want to unlink and click the View Linked Entries button, then select "Create and edit Library Entry links":

  2. Scroll to the Linked Library Entries field at the bottom of the Entry and click the Entry Options (three-dot) menu next to the Entry you want to unlink

    To unlink the Entries, click Unlink Entry:

    To view more context about the Entry you're unlinking, select View Entry to open a new tab containing that Library Entry:
  3. Click Save to complete the unlinking
