Reviews from Projects allows you to suggest changes to your Library Entries directly from the Project workspace by using the "Suggest new" or "Suggest update" options.
Suggesting a New Library Entry
The “Suggest new entry for the Library” checkbox will appear right after manually answering a Project Entry and saving the changes.
Once marked complete, the suggested Project Entry will be added to the Reviews from Projects page for further approval and action.
Note: Provided you have the correct Project permissions to view a Project Entry, you are able to suggest it for the Library at any point before it is marked complete.
Suggesting Updates to Existing Library Entries
The “Suggest changes for the Library” checkbox will appear after making changes to the answer text of a Project Entry that has been populated using Magic or Library Search.
Once marked complete, the suggested Project Entry will be added to the Reviews from Projects page for further approval and action.
