How Do I Change a User's Role?

As a Loopio Administrator, you can easily change the Role of your Users at any time on the Admin page.

 

Permissions Required: General Administration, Level 1 (Manager) permissions are required to access the Admin Page.

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation bar
  2. Click Users
  3. Click on the User you would like to update
  4. Select the new Role in the dropdown

Tip: If Auto-Provisioning is Enabled, Roles in Loopio must match the Roles in the IdP. Click here for more information.
