Hearing from you is an important part of how we improve the Loopio platform. With the Provide Feedback functionality, found in the Help Menu, you can now provide feedback directly to our Product team.
When you select this option, you will see a widget appear on the bottom right of the screen where you and other users will be able to provide feedback
What Type of Feedback Should I Submit Using This Functionality?
We would love to hear your ideas and suggestions as to how Loopio can improve, and what sort of added capabilities would improve your experience in the platform.
When Should I Not Use This Widget?
- Bugs or issues with existing features in the platform should be reported to the Loopio Support team using the Help menu Contact Support option
- Support requests that require assistance from the Loopio Support (email@example.com) or Professional Services (firstname.lastname@example.org) teams should be directed to the appropriate team
- Requests for meetings with Product teams - these requests should be communicated through your Loopio Customer Success Manager
How will Loopio Use My Feedback?
The Product team looks at every piece of feedback submitted through various channels, including this new widget. We use all of this feedback to help inform our product roadmap and design the solutions that eventually make it into our platform.
As we design and validate solutions for our roadmap, we may reach out to you to get some additional insights and information regarding the feedback you submitted; this will help inform how a particular solution could be designed and built.
How Will I Know If My Feedback Has Been Received?
While we appreciate all the feedback that we receive from our customers, we are unable to act on or respond to every piece of feedback. If you do have questions regarding a specific piece of feedback you submitted, please reach out to your Loopio Customer Success Manager for more information.
