Footnotes
[1] Account & Opportunity Fields
Read Access for the Account field is required for any Salesforce Fields you would like to map to Loopio Custom Project Fields. We’ve preselected the following fields, and also look for any custom fields for mapping purposes: 'Name', 'Type', 'BillingStreet', 'BillingCity', 'BillingState', 'BillingPostalCode', 'BillingCountry', 'Website', 'Industry', 'AnnualRevenue', 'NumberOfEmployees'
If you don’t need to map fields to a Loopio Project, then you don’t need to give the integration read access to them.
We do not require Read access to any fields on the Account, but by granting Read access to Account fields, you will be able to map Account Fields to Project Custom Fields in Loopio and have them auto-filled when creating Projects in SFDC. This is the same for Opportunity Fields.
[2] Opportunities
Modify All for Opportunities is required to use the Loopio Object on Opportunity Layouts (Object: Loopio_Project__c), this permission is not required to use the Loopio Object on Account Layouts (Object: Loopio_Account_Project__c:)
[3] Loopio Permissions
The email address of the Loopio license and the email address of the Salesforce license do not need to match. This means that either:
- a Salesforce User with the required permissions may be granted a Loopio license to make the connection, and that Loopio license can be disabled once the connection is established, or
- an existing Loopio Administrator may work with a Salesforce Admin to make the connection
[4] Loopio User Permission Error
The following are steps to resolve an error while assigning the standard permission set. The following error message may prompt.
The steps are to clone the permission set. First, go to Visualforce Page Access, then remove all Visualforce Pages and save.
Assiged the cloned permission set to the user.
