Yes! The Loopio HubSpot Integration includes a HubSpot Workflow Action to create a Loopio Project.
Important: This requires knowledge of setting up Workflows in HubSpot. To learn more, check out these HubSpot resources:

Using the Loopio Create Project Action in a HubSpot Deal-Based Workflow
Note: The Loopio create project action can be used in a Deal-based or Ticket-based Workflow. See Using This Workflow on HubSpot Tickets below for more information.
- In HubSpot, navigate to Automation > Workflows
- Create a Deal-based Workflow from scratch
- Set the Deal enrolment trigger
- For example, trigger this workflow when custom Deal property “Requires DDQ” = Yes
- Select trigger “when filter criteria is met”
- Select custom Deal property “Requires DDQ” is Yes
Tip: Also set Re-enrollment to allow a Deal to enter this Workflow twice if you want to run it more than once on a single Deal during testing
- Press Save and the trigger should look like this
- Add the Loopio Workflow Action
- Press the plus (+) symbol to add an Action
- On the left-side action panel select Loopio Create Project
- Configure the Loopio Workflow Action
- Add Project Template (optional)
- Project Name*
Tip: Add text and tokens, as in this example DDQ for {Deal Name}
- Client Name
Tip: HubSpot doesn’t allow the Workflow to directly fetch the associated company name. A workaround is to add a custom property on Deals and use a Workflow to copy the associated company name to that property on the Deal. You can then use it in Workflows like this. In this example, we show the deal property {Business Units}
- Project Description (optional)
- Use a Deal token as shown
- Owner* (mandatory)
- Choose a Loopio user
- Due Date* (mandatory)
Tip: Create a custom date property on the Deal to use as the RFP due date and insert it here as a Deal Token. It must not be blank or the Workflow will not create a Loopio Project.
- Project Type* (mandatory)
- Choose a Loopio project type e.g. DDQ
- Source Documents (optional)
Tip: Add links that have access to a file for uploading. These links must work without any additional password.
- Your Workflow action should look something like this. You can then press Save
- Add any other Actions such as sending an email notification or setting a task for a HubSpot User
- Name your Workflow
- Save, test and activate the Workflow
Now, any HubSpot Deal with “Requires DDQ” = Yes, will be enrolled in this Workflow
- A Loopio Project will be created automatically
- The created Loopio Project will be associated with the HubSpot Deal
- The Loopio Project will be visible on the Loopio CRM card on the HubSpot Deal
Using This Workflow on HubSpot Tickets
If you use HubSpot Tickets for managing RFP, the Loopio Create Project Workflow action can also be added to ticket based Workflows.
Currently, Loopio Projects cannot be associated with HubSpot Tickets, so Loopio Projects created via a ticket based Workflow are not associated with any HubSpot Deal.
