Reviews from Projects allows you to suggest New Entries or Changes to your Library Entries directly from the Project workspace. Once you've entered your answer manually, by the Search Library button, or by using Magic, you will get a prompt at the bottom of the entry asking if you'd like to suggest "new entry" or suggest "changes for Library".

Note: You are able to suggest or omit Library changes before the Project Entry is marked Complete, but changes will only appear on the Reviews from Projects screen once the Project Entry is marked Complete.
Suggesting a New Library Entry
After manually answering a Project Entry, and saving the changes, you will see a prompt below the Answer "Library: Suggest or omit new Entry?" You can then confirm the new entry suggestion by clicking Suggest.
You will immediately see the text "Suggesting for Library"
Once the Project Entry is marked Complete, the suggested Project Entry will be added to the Reviews from Projects screen for further approval and action, and you will see the text "Library: Suggested new Entry for the Library"
Suggesting Updates to Existing Library Entries
If an entry was populated using Magic or Library Search, you will see a prompt below the Answer "Library: Suggest or omit changes for Library?". You can then confirm the update suggestion by clicking Suggest.
You will immediately see the text "Suggesting for Library"
Once marked complete, the suggested Project Entry will be added to the Reviews from Projects page for further approval and action, and you will see the text "Library: Suggested changes for the Library"
Bulk Suggesting Existing or New Library Entries
If you want to Suggest a couple of Entries in bulk:
- Use the Suggestions for the Library filter in the Project and select Changes not yet suggested for the Library:
- Select one Entry using the checkbox beside the question, then click Select All at the top of the screen:
- Click X Entries Selected and select Suggest Eligible Entries for Library.
After clicking on it, you'll see that all the Entries are being suggested to the Library. Once the Entries are marked as Complete, they will automatically be added to the Review from Projects page.
Omitting Updates from the Library
If an Answer created or updated in a Project should not be added to your Library, for example, Answers that are catered to one specific client, click Omit:
Once an Entry has been Omitted and Marked as Complete, the suggested Entry will not appear on the Reviews from Projects screen, and you will see the text "Library: Omitted changes from the Library"
Updating the Suggested or Omitted Status of an Entry
If you need to change the selection (suggest or omit) for a specific Entry:
- If the Entry has already been marked Complete, click Change Status to In Review. The Suggest and Omit buttons will automatically be made available again
- If the Entry has not yet been marked Complete, hover over the text "Suggesting for Library" or "Omitting from Library" and click to restore the Suggest and Omit buttons

How Can I View All Pending Changes to Suggest or Omit from Projects?
As an Admin, on the Project List page, you can enable the ability to see the number of changes eligible to suggest or omit for your Loopio Library. Project Admins can also view this within specific Projects.
