With Unleash, easily respond with content from both your Loopio Library and other sources via Unleash, allowing you to automate responses to even more of your questionnaires.
Prerequisites
- Unleash subscription
- Generate an API Key in Unleash
- (recommended) Create an Assistant in Unleash
- Enable Generative AI in Your Loopio Account
Connecting Loopio with Unleash
- In Loopio, click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Integrations
- In the Unleash Panel, click Connect
- Enter your Unleash API Key (required) and Assistant ID (recommended), your Loopio email will be auto-filled and must match your Unleash login email
- Click Continue
Once Loopio and Unleash are successfully connected, you will see a red Disconnect button on the Admin > Integrations screen in Loopio.
Grant Users Permission to Use Unleash as an Information Source
- Click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Roles & Permissions
- Select a Role that should have access to use Unleash as an information source
- Click Customize Permissions
- Enable the permissions Generate & Edit Answers and Can use Unleash
