Prerequisites
Before connecting Loopio to Power Automate or Copilot Studio, ensure you have:
- A Loopio account with API access enabled
- Microsoft Power Platform access with appropriate licenses:
- Power Automate with custom connector capabilities
- Copilot Studio Premium (for building Agents)
Loopio Connector on Power Automate
It enables you to create automated workflows (flows) that connect Loopio with other applications and services. This can automate repetitive tasks, trigger actions based on Loopio events, and synchronize data between systems.
Loopio Connector on Copilot Studio
Microsoft Copilot Studio allows you to build sophisticated AI agents (copilots) that can understand natural language and perform complex tasks. When combined with Loopio's response management platform, you can create agents or add more capability to your existing agents that:
- Answer RFP questions instantly using your approved content
- Guide sales teams to the right responses during customer conversations
- Automate project creation based on conversational inputs
- Provide intelligent content recommendations based on context
- Track and update project statuses through simple conversations
