Easily respond with content from both your Loopio Library and other sources via SharePoint, allowing you to automate responses to even more of your questionnaires.
Prerequisites
- SharePoint subscription
Connecting Loopio with SharePoint
- In Loopio, click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Integrations
- Scroll to the Content Connectors section
- Click Enable on the SharePoint tile
- Sign in to SharePoint
- Click Yes to allow the requested permissions
- Name your SharePoint connection

Select files and folders to connect with Loopio
Important:
- File limits: Up to 1,000 files per connection, maximum 30 MB per file
- Supported file formats: DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, PDF, CSV, TXT, MD
- You will see a sync in progress banner on the Admin > Integrations screen
- Once the sync is complete, you will see the last synced date and time
SharePoint is now enabled for your instance!
Grant Users Permission to Use SharePoint as a Content Source
- Click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Roles & Permissions
- Select a Role that should have access to use SharePoint as an information source
- Click Customize Permissions
- Enable the permissions Generate & Edit Answers and Can use SharePoint
View Details of an Existing Connection
Click the title of the connection to view details of the connection:
Modify an Existing Connection
- In Loopio, click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Integrations
- Scroll to the Content Connectors section
- Click the actions menu (⋯) to the right of the connection
- Select from:
- Re-sync (available once per 24 hours)
- Select new files
- Edit Connection name
Disconnect an Existing Connection
- In Loopio, click Admin in the top navigation
- Click Integrations
- Scroll to the Content Connectors section
- Click Disconnect on the SharePoint tile
