How Do I Connect the Website Connector?

Subscription Required: Connectors may require an Add-On to your current subscription. Contact our Customer Success Team or your Account Manager to learn more, or reach out to our Support Team with any questions.

With Loopio’s Website Connector, easily respond with content from both your Loopio Library and other sources, allowing you to automate responses to even more of your questionnaires.

Connecting Loopio with your Websites

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation
  2. Click Integrations
  3. In the Content Sources Section, click Enable on the Public Websites option 

  4. Add a Name for your website and URL

     

    Important: 

    • Add up to 10 URLs
    • Use subdomains (e.g., help.companyname.com) to target specific content
    • Subfolders (e.g., companyname.com/help) are ignored; the main domain (companyname.com) will be searched
  5. Save the website URLs to make these available to your team during answer generation

Grant Users Permission to Use Public Websites as a Content Source

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation
  2. Click Roles & Permissions
  3. Select a Role that should have access to use Websites as an information source
  4. Click Customize Permissions
  5. Enable the permissions Generate & Edit Answers: Can use Website
