Subscription Required: This feature is available as a paid add-on and requires an active Confluence subscription. Contact our Customer Success Team to learn more, or reach out to our Support Team with any questions.
Easily respond with content from both your Loopio Library and your organization's live Confluence knowledge base, allowing you to automate responses to even more of your questionnaires. Each question is sent as a live query to Confluence at the moment you generate an answer, so nothing is copied into Loopio's infrastructure and your answers always reflect the current state of your Confluence pages. Confluence-sourced responses include a citation with a direct link back to the source page.
Prerequisites
- Active Confluence Cloud subscription. A separate Rovo license is not required
- Only users with Loopio Admin privileges (or the General Admin: Manage Integrations permission) can configure the Confluence integration
-
Your Atlassian Site Admin must authorize Loopio to access the Rovo MCP Server before you connect Loopio, by adding the following redirect URL to your site:
- PROD-NA:
https://login.loopio.com/mcp/oauth/callback - PROD-EU:
https://login.eu.loopio.com/mcp/oauth/callback- Use only if your Loopio URL contains .eu, for example companyname.eu.loopio.com
See Atlassian's Rovo MCP Server setup documentation for details.
- PROD-NA:
- An Atlassian Site Admin must be the one to complete the first connection, since Atlassian treats it as an app authorization for your site. No further admin action is needed for reconnections after that.

- Loopio automatically calls tools/list to discover Atlassian's Rovo MCP capabilities
Confluence is now enabled for your Loopio account! Customize your User Roles to control who will see Confluence appear as an External Content Source in Automated Answers.
