What Information Can I See About a Loopio Library Entry?
When using the PowerPoint Add-In, you will see each search result as an Entry card that includes a preview of the Question & Answer from the Library Entry, its location within the Library (Stack > Category > Subcategory), along with the following:
- The number of times the Entry has been used
- An Alert icon if the Entry contains Alert Text
- A Copy link
- A View more link
- An icon indicating if the Entry contains images, tables, or other attachments
How Can I Use The Entry?
Once you've found a relevant Library Entry, you can use it in one of three ways:
Copy the Full Entry
To copy the full Entry:
- Click the Copy icon at the top right corner of the Entry card
- Paste the content in any location that accepts text input
Tip: If you want to download and use any attachments associated with the Entry:
- Click the Entry card in the Chrome Extension to view the full Answer
- At the bottom of the Answer, click any attachment name(s) to download the attachment(s)
Generate an Answer Using the Entry
To generate an Answer using the Entry:
- Click the View more link at the bottom left corner of the Entry card
- Click Summarize and an Answer Summary will be generated
Tip: Select Show Summary Settings to switch between a Short, Medium, or Long Answer.
- Click Copy Summary to copy the summarized response
- Paste the content in any location that accepts text input
View the Answer in Loopio
In some cases, you may want to view the Entry with the relevant Answer in your Loopio Library. To do so:
- Click the View more link at the bottom left corner of the Entry card
- Click the View Library Entry in a New Tab icon at the top right corner
