The Library is a central content hub that allows you to easily manage, update, and store your content. Loopio’s flexible approach to Library organization allows you to structure your Library in a way that makes sense for your needs.
A properly structured Library keeps your Entries searchable, helps improve your Magic hit rate, and makes it easy to assign Reviews to the correct people, to ensure your content stays relevant and up-to-date.
No matter how you choose to organize your content, be sure to think about these core concepts as you plan your Library’s structure. As you look at creating the levels of structure within your Library, we recommend taking a top-down approach:
- Stacks: Stacks are like rooms within a Library with their own set of keys. You can control access to information on a per-Stack basis
Subscription Required: Stacks aren't available on all subscription plans. Contact Support to learn more: Send an email to Support
- Categories: Categories are like filing cabinets within the Stack
- Subcategories: Subcategories are like file folders within the Category
- Tags: Tags can be used to label and connect your content across multiple Categories and Subcategories
