How Can I Modify Project Content in the Loopio Extension (new)?

You Can Edit, Delete, or Reorder content using the actions menu (⋯) at the Section, Subsection, or Entry level.

Edit, Delete, or Reorder Sections

Edit a Section Title

1. Beside the Section title, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Edit Section Name
3. Enter the new Section name and click Submit

Delete a Section

1. Beside the Section title, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Delete Section
3. Click Delete Section to confirm

Reorder Sections

1. Beside any Section title, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Reorder Sections
3. Drag the Sections into your desired order
4. Click Submit

Edit, Delete, or Reorder Subsections

Edit a Subsection Title

1. Beside the Subsection title, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Edit Subsection Name
3. Enter the new Subsection name and click Submit

Delete a Subsection

1. Beside the Subsection title, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Delete Subsection
3. Click Delete Subsection to confirm

Reorder Subsections

1. Beside any Subsection title, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Reorder Subsections

3. Drag the Subsections into your desired order

    

   Note: Subsections can only be reordered within the same Section.

4. Click Submit

Edit, Delete, or Reorder Entries

Edit an Entry

1. Beside the Entry, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Edit Entry

3. Edit the Question text or enter an Answer and click Submit

    

   Note: For Entries that have already been answered in Loopio, the Answer must be edited in Loopio. You will see a link to edit the Answer in the Loopio Project workspace.

Delete an Entry

1. Beside the Entry, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Delete Entry
3. Click Delete Entry to confirm

Reorder Entries

1. Beside any Entry, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Reorder Entries

3. Drag the Entries into your desired order

    

   Note: Entries can only be reordered within the same Section or Subsection. To move to a different section, reorder your Entries in Loopio.

4. Click Submit

Refresh Entries in the Loopio Extension (new)

Ensure the answers displayed within the Loopio Extension (new) are in sync with progress in your Loopio Project by clicking Refresh. 

1. In the Loopio Extension (new), select your Project
2. Click Refresh
