How Can I Insert Responses into a Portal Using SmartFill?

Refresh Entries in the Loopio Extension (new)

After responding in Loopio, ensure the answers displayed within the Loopio Extension (new) are in sync with progress in your Loopio Project by clicking Refresh Entries. 

1. In the Loopio Extension (new), select your Project
2. Click Refresh 
   

Insert Responses into a Portal Using SmartFill 

SmartFill All Answers

1. Click Refresh to ensure the most up-to-date Answers are in the extension
2. Click SmartFill All Answers Into Portal
   

SmartFill a Single Section or Subsection

1. Click Refresh to ensure the most up-to-date Answers are in the extension
2. Hover over the Section or Subsection with Answers you want to insert
3. Select the icon to insert all Answers within that Section or Subsection into the portal
   
   

Paste a Single Answer

Automatically Paste a Single Answer

1. Beside the Entry, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Paste into Portal

Manually Paste a Single Answer

1. Beside the Entry, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Copy Answer Text
3. Paste the Answer into the appropriate spot in the portal
