While working on a Project, users are able to apply filters to the Project Workspace to quickly identify information and work to be done. Users will also have the ability to apply multiple filters within the project workspace.
What Are The Available Filters You Can Use In a Project?
- Participants - You can filter on the Project Participants to view anything that's assigned to that user.

Has Comments - Any Entry that has comments. You can filter:
- All Comments
- Has Comments that mention Me (this will be you)

Answered with - How was the Entry answered
- Magic
- Library Search
- Search Projects
- Manually Answered

Answered with Edits - Filters how the entry was answered, but also if you made edits. For example, if you answered using Library Search, but you edited the answered
- Magic
- Library Search
- Search Projects
- No Answer - Any Entry that has not been answered yet
- Has Attachments - Any Entry that has attachments
- Has Character Limits - Entries that have Character Limits set to them

Due - The due date of entries that have been assigned to be answered
- Due Today
- Overdue

Status - Status of the Entry
- Complete
- In Review
- Unanswered
- Unassigned
- Suggested for the Library - Displays Entries that have been suggested to be added to the Library
Accessing Filters In The Project Workspace
The filters are located at the top of the Project Workspace, and is indicated by the funnel icon next to the "Search Questions & Answers" search bar
- To select a Filter, first on the funnel icon. This should display a drop-down list of the filter options available
- Once you make your selection, the filter will be automatically applied to your Project
