The Confidence Pulse indicator reflects the level of certainty we have in the responses generated by our system. It indicates how strong and reliable we believe the answer is in addressing the specific question posed.
Where Can You Find the Confidence Pulse indicator?
You will encounter the Confidence Pulse indicator on any Project Entries that have been answered through our Automated Answers workflow. This indicator helps users quickly gauge the trustworthiness of the information provided.
Each suggested answer is accompanied by a Confidence Pulse indicator, which can either be High Confidence (green) or Medium Confidence (yellow). These labels provide a straightforward indication of the confidence level.
