Easily respond with content from both your Loopio Library and your organization's live Glean Knowledge Graph, allowing you to automate responses to even more of your questionnaires. Each question is sent as a live query to Glean at the moment you generate an answer, so nothing is stored in Loopio's infrastructure and your answers always reflect the current state of your Glean index.
Prerequisites
- Active Glean subscription
- Only users with Loopio Admin privileges (or the General Admin: Manage Integrations permission) can configure the Glean integration
-
Your Glean Admin must complete the Prerequisite Steps in Glean below before initiating the connection from the Loopio end
Important: It can take 3 to 5 minutes for Glean to process redirect URL changes. Wait for this period to pass before connecting Loopio, or the Loopio UI will display an error.
