Loopio's Public Website Connector v2 pulls relevant content from publicly accessible websites directly into Automated Answers. Instead of crawling in real time, v2 pre-indexes your configured websites on a weekly schedule, so answers generate in seconds. Website content sits alongside your Q&A Library and other connectors as a source, so your team can generate answers for an entire project using website content, your Q&A Library, and other connectors together in one workflow.
Add Website URLs
You can add up to ten public website URLs in the Integrations page under Content Connectors > Public Websites. Each URL is indexed automatically, up to 500 pages per URL, and re-indexed on a weekly schedule to stay current.
Generate Answers
When working on a project, users can select which configured websites to use as a source directly from the Automated Answers panel. Loopio uses the pre-indexed content from those sites to generate answers in seconds.
- Citations: All generated answers include citations, showing which website page was used, so you can review and validate sources.
- Permissions: Granular permissions allow admins to control who can use the Public Website Connector.
