Can I Customize How My Team is Notified About Work in Loopio?

Specific notification types can be turned on or off by channel (Email, Slack, and MS Teams) for your entire organization. This gives your team control over what they're notified about, while keeping critical, system-level notifications always active.
Note: To receive notifications by Slack or MS Teams, you'll need to connect those integrations first. Until a channel is connected, its toggles will appear off.
Configurable vs. Always-On Notifications
Most notification types can be switched on or off per channel. A small number of notification types are always on and cannot be changed. These are marked with a lock icon on the Notifications screen, and are labelled Always On in the Notification Categories tables below.
Managing Notifications
Permissions Required: The full Administrator Role is required to manage email or MS Teams notifications. The General Admin: Manage Slack Notifications permission is required to manage Slack notifications.
Important: These changes affect your entire organization, not just you. Please check in with your team before making any changes.
Start by turning off only the highest-volume, lowest-priority notification types, then adjust based on team feedback.
Click Admin in the top navigation
Select Platform Settings
Click Notifications
Select the relevant tab: Projects & Tasks, Library & Knowledge, or Account & System
Click the toggle switch to enable or disable each notification
Changes are automatically saved as you go.
