What is Magic?
Magic is Loopio's automation tool which automatically populates Answers in your Project by finding the best matching content from your Library, or from completed Entries in other Projects.
Running Magic searches your Library or Projects for matches to any Project Entries that currently do not have an Answer. When Magic finds a match, the Project Entries will be automatically populated with the best response.
After a Project Entry is answered using Magic, you can either mark the Entry Complete, or assign it to another user for editing or review.

Working with Answer Sets in Magic
Before running Magic, ensure the relevant Project Answer Sets are mapped to your Library so that dropdown answers in the Project Entry can be automatically filled.
If an Answer Set in the Project is not currently mapped to the Library, Project Entry’s Answer Set Options will not be filled in by Magic.
Tip: To include your Library Entry Answer Set Options in Entries without an Answer Set, select Prepend Answer Set to answer text in the Magic Advanced Options. The Answer Set Option and text Answer will both appear in the Answer field for Project Entries completed using Magic.
