How Can I Assign a Project Entry to Be Answered?

Can I Assign a Question to Multiple SMEs?

Yes, it is possible to assign a question to up to five team members to answer sequentially, before submitting the Entry to one Reviewer.

If multiple assignees are not available in your account, you can assign one person to answer the question, and one person to review that answer.

Assigning Questions to SMEs

To assign a question to another User

1. Click the Assign Person link on the Project Entry
   
2. Select an Assignee
3. Select an Assignee Due Date for the Project Entry to be answered
   
    

   Note: By default, this will be the Project Due Date. If the Project is overdue, you must set a due date later than today to assign Entries.

4. (optional) add a Message to Assignee
5. (optional) click + Add Assignee to add up to five Assignees in total

6. Click Next
   
7. Select a Reviewer
8. Select a Due Date for the Project Entry to be reviewed
   
    

   Note: By default, this will be the Project Due Date. If the Project is overdue, you must set a due date later than today to assign Entries.

9. (optional) add a message to the Reviewer
10. Click Assign
