Backups provide you with a copy of your Loopio Library, including Question and Answer content and Loopio Stack, Category, and Subcategory structure.
Backing up your Library provides you with an extra layer of data protection — and Backups are included in your Loopio subscription.
If you have Backups enabled, Loopio will automatically back up your entire Library monthly, or on a schedule you choose. You will also be able to create filtered Backups on demand, which you will be able to access immediately.
To enable Backups for your account, reach out to our Support team: Send an Email to Support. If you are not a Loopio Administrator, an Administrator will need to request this change.
