Backups provide you with a copy of your Loopio Library, including Question and Answer content and Loopio Stack, Category, and Subcategory structure.
Backing up your Library provides you with an extra layer of data protection — and data backups are included in your Loopio account.
If you have backups enabled, Loopio will automatically backup your entire Library monthly. You will also be able to create backups on demand, which you will be able to access immediately.
To enable backups on your account, reach out to our Support team at support@loopio.com. If you are not a Loopio Administrator, an Administrator will need to request this change.
