Where Do I Set a Won/Lost Status for a Project?

You can set the Won/Lost status of a Project from the Project List page, or directly within a Project.

 

Permissions Required: Users with Projects Level 3 (Full Access) permissions can change the Status of all Projects. Users with Project, Level 2 (Creator) permissions can change the Status of Projects in which they are the Project Owner or a Project Admin. 

 

Set a Won/Lost Status Within a Project

  1. Click the Project's Status in the top-right corner
  2. If the current Status is Active, select Mark Project as Complete

  3. After the Project has been marked Complete, click the Project Status again
  4. Select Mark as Won or Mark as Lost

To Set the Won/Lost Status From the Project Page

Setting the Won/Loss status can also be done directly from the Project page following the same steps as above, using the dropdown in the Status column.
