Loopio Projects contain three different views that allow you to narrow in on what matters to you when working in a Project.
Working In List View
List view provides an overview of the entire Project, including the ability for Project Admins to configure the Project's Details, invite new team members, and Export the final document once the Project is submission-ready.
Projects default to List view and provide Project Admins with all the information they need to manage a Project.
Answering Questions In List View
Questions in List view appear as Project Entry cards, displaying the Question/Answer pairs. To answer the questions, click into the Compose Answer field below the Question.
Answer Fields can also be collapsed to quickly navigate through the Project, either individually by clicking the Entry's Header or in bulk by clicking Hide All Answers.
Working In Source View
Source View provides all the Loopio tools that help you to answer questions, while providing a familiar view of the Source Document that you're currently responding to.
Note: Source View is only available for Projects created from Word and Excel Source Documents.
To switch to Source View, click Source next to the Project's name.
Answering Questions In Source View
Answer fields will appear inline in Word documents and within individual cells in Word tables and Excel documents. Click into an answer field to compose an answer, or click Search Library to find content that exists in your Library.
Working In Focus View
Focus View eliminates all other distractions and enables you to focus on answering one question at a time.
Focus View is accessible from List View. To Enter Focus View, click the Focus View Icon on any Entry.
The Entry will appear in fullscreen with access to the answer field, comments from other users, a history of the edits made to this Entry, and the ability to search your Library for additional context.
Tip: Looking to answer multiple questions? Navigate between all the Entries assigned to you by filtering the Project to My Tasks and click the Next Question at the bottom of Focus view once you've submitted an answer.
