Before a Project's answers can be submitted, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams often need to perform a final top-to-bottom review of the proposal and sign off on the content.
Project Reviews flag Projects to be reviewed, enabling you to get approval to export the Project, or feedback on necessary edits to make the Project submission-ready.
Creating a Project Review
Projects can be submitted to users to review at any time by clicking the Project Actions menu and selecting Manage Project Reviews.
Project Reviews are assigned to individual users and have a set due date. If this reviewer should be focused on a specific area of the Project, subject matter, or they require other special instructions, include that message along with the review itself.
Completing a Project Review
Once the Project Review has been requested, the Reviewer will receive an email with the details of what they need to complete.
Once in the Project, Project Reviewers will see all Questions and Answers in a familiar document format.
If any edits are needed for the Project's answers, Reviewers can click the Comment button to share their thoughts with the Project Admin.
Once all the content has been reviewed, click Finish Review to mark the review as complete.
Incorporating Feedback From a Project Review
Once a Project Review has been completed, an email will be sent to the Project Admin who requested the Review with a direct link to check out any comments made by the Reviewer.
In the Project
To view all Project Reviews, click the Project Actions menu and select Manage Project Reviews.
Project Reviews will also be listed on the Project's Timeline tab (Shortcut: 3) in the Project Sidebar along with their current status.
To review feedback provided by a Project Reviewer, click on the Project Review in the Manage Project Reviews popup or on the Project Timeline, filtering the Project to Entries that contain comments made during a Review.
