Library Entries: How Do I Add an Attachment From a Cloud Storage Service?

Attachments can be added from the Edit View of any Library Entry.

Permissions Required: Library, Level 2 (Read & Write) permissions or higher is required to add or delete Attachments.

Add an Attachment From a Cloud Storage Service

 

Tip: You can also attach files from your computer or from your Attachment Library (available on select plans)

  1. Locate the Library Entry you want to edit
  2. Click the Entry Actions (⋯) menu in its upper right-hand corner
  3. Select Edit Entry

  4. Click on the plus in the Attachments section below the answer field

  5. Choose Upload Attachment
  6. Select which service you want to import from
    Cloud Storage Services.png
  7. Search for and select the file you want to attach
  8. Click Done
