How Do I Upload and Manage Standalone Documents in My Document Library?
You can upload, view, and manage standalone documents used in Loopio’s PowerPoint Presentations and Generative AI functionalities. These standalone documents are not attached to Library Entries.

Uploading a Standalone Document
- Click + Add Document in the top-right corner.
- Click Browse to select your document to be uploaded.
Note: Supported filetypes are .doc, .docx, .pdf, .ppt and .pptx.
- Select an associated Library Location for your document.
- Click Add Document to upload the document into your Document Library.
Replacing a Standalone Document with a New Version
- Click the “…” button beside the Document you want to replace, then click Replace Document.
- Click Browse to select the new file you want to use as your Document, then click Replace.
Note: Supported filetypes are .doc, .docx, .pdf, .ppt and .pptx.
Deleting a Standalone Document
- Click the “…” button beside the Document you want to delete, then click Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm and delete the standalone Document from your Document Library.
Renaming a Standalone Document
- Click the “…” button beside the Document you want to rename, then click Rename.
- Enter the new name you want to use for your Document, then click Rename.
Updating the Library Stack for a Standalone Document
- Click the “…” button beside the Document you want to rename, then click Update Library Location.
- Select a New Library Stack Location for your Document, then click Update.
