How Can I See Library Entries in Which a Merge Variable Is Used?

Permissions Required: Library, Level 3 permissions (or Level 3 permissions to at least one Stack) required to access the Merge Variables page.

To view all Library Entries in which a given Merge Variable is used:

  1. Navigate to the Merge Variables page by clicking Library then selecting Merge Variables

  2. Locate the desired Merge Variable and click the Times Used numerical value

    This will open a new browser tab to a filtered version of your Library, displaying only Library Entries in which this Merge Variable is used

Note: If your Library contains Stacks (available on select subscriptions), you may notice a difference between the count of Entries displayed on the Merge Variables page and the number of Library Entries displayed when you click on this link. This is because the ability to view Library Entries requires Stacks, Level 1 permissions or higher, meaning you won't see Entries in Stacks where you have no access.
