Yes, Loopio lets you update your Library Entries in bulk, allowing you to make changes to Tags, language, and categorization of up to 1,000 Library Entries at a time.

Bulk Updating the Language of Library Entries
Updating the Language of Specific Entries in Bulk
- Choose the number of Entries you want to view on each page using the drop-down at the top right of the Library screen
- Select individual Entries using the checkbox to the left of the Question text
- Navigate between pages as needed to select all desired Entries
You will see a count at the top of the page identifying the number of selected Entries - Click the drop down arrow on the __ selected results button and select Update Entries
- Check the box beside Library Entry Language, then select your new language for your Entries

- Click Update
Note: While you can create new Categories or Sub-Categories during this process, Stacks must be created in advance from the Admin > Stacks screen.
Updating the Language of Entries Across Pages
- Choose the number of Entries you want to view on each page using the drop-down at the top right of the Library screen
- To update all Entries on the current page, click the Select Page checkbox at the top left of the Library screen
To update all Entries across all pages, click the Select Page checkbox, then click Select results across all pages
You will see a count at the top of the page identifying the number of selected Entries
Tip: You will also have the option to select all Entries matching your current filters, using the Select results across all pages option
- Click the drop down arrow on the __ selected results button and select Update Entries
- Check the box beside Library Entry Language, then select a new language for your Entries

Note: Does your Library contain Stacks? As Level 3 Stacks permissions are required to bulk-select and update Library Entries, the number of Library Entries you are able to select for update depends on your permissions for those Stacks.
This means that if you have Level 1 access to Stack A with 100 Entries and Level 3 access to Stack B with 200 Entries, clicking "Select results across all pages" will select those 200 Entries in Stack B, and will not select the 100 Entries in Stack A. - Click the drop down arrow on the __ selected results button and select Update Entries
- Check off the box to the left of Update Categorization
- Select the Stack, Category, and Sub-Category where you want to put the Library Entries

- Do Nothing: No changes will be made to this tag for your selected Entries
- Apply to All: This tag will be added to all selected Entries
- Remove from All: This tag will be removed from all selected Entries

How Do I Deselect Entries While Bulk Updating?
To deselect a single Library Entry, click the checkmark to the left of its Question text:
To deselect all Entries on the current page, click Deselect Page:
To deselect all Entries across all Pages, click Clear selected results across all pages:
Note: Clear selected results across all pages only appears when all Library Entries across all pages are selected.
If a subset of your Library Entries are selected and you want to deselect all selections, first click Select results across all pages to select all Library Entries across all pages, then click Clear selected results across all pages.
