How Can I Use the Loopio Extension (new) to Respond in Webpages and Portals?

Prerequisites

• Using Chrome or Edge browser
• Set Up the Loopio Extension (new) with SmartFill

Create a Project in the Loopio Extension (new)

1. Navigate to the webpage or web-based portal that contains your questionnaire
2. Pin, then open the Loopio Extension (new) from your web browser's toolbar

3. Click Log In

   

4. Create a new Project or select an existing Project

   

    

   Tip: If you are selecting a Project that has responses already, skip to the section Insert Responses into a Portal Using SmartFill

Build a Project in the Loopio Extension (new)

1. Click SmartScan 
   

2. Wait for SmartScan to complete
   

    

   Tip: If SmartScan is unable to extract your page content:

   • See our guide on manually selecting content to import using the Loopio Extension (new)
   • Report the issue to our team using the Report Issue/Feedback option in the extension
      

You will see a summary of the Sections, Subsections, and Questions that are added to your Project.

Click View in Loopio to view and respond to the Project in Loopio.

Refresh Entries in the Loopio Extension (new)

After responding in Loopio, ensure the answers displayed within the Loopio Extension (new) are in sync with progress in your Loopio Project by clicking Refresh Entries. 

1. In the Loopio Extension (new), select your Project
2. Click Refresh 
   

Insert Responses into a Portal Using SmartFill 

SmartFill All Answers

1. Click Refresh to ensure the most up-to-date Answers are in the extension
2. Click SmartFill All Answers Into Portal

SmartFill a Single Section or Subsection

1. Hover over the Section or Subsection with Answers you want to insert
2. Select the icon to insert all Answers within that Section or Subsection into the portal
   
   
   

Paste a Single Answer

Automatically Paste a Single Answer

1. Beside the Entry, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Paste into Portal

Manually Paste a Single Answer

1. Beside the Entry, select the actions menu (⋯)
2. Select Copy Answer Text
   
3. Paste the Answer into the appropriate spot in the portal
