In addition to searching your Loopio Library, the Loopio Copilot Agent can answer questions about how Loopio works by searching the Loopio Help Center. This lets you get product guidance without leaving Microsoft Teams or M365 Copilot.
When to Use This Feature
- When learning how to use a Loopio feature for the first time
- When troubleshooting a common workflow
- When onboarding new team members who have questions about Loopio
How to Get Help Center Answers
- Open a chat with the Loopio Copilot Agent in Microsoft Teams or M365 Copilot
- Ask a how-to question in natural language, for example:
- "How do I import content into my Library?"
- "What's the best way to organize my Library Entries?"
- "How does answer generation work in Loopio?"
- The Agent searches the Loopio Help Center and returns a natural-language summary of the relevant article(s)
- Where available, the Agent may include citations or links to the full Help Center article
