Before your team can use the Loopio Copilot Agent, a Microsoft 365 administrator must install it for your organization and assign access to the appropriate users. This article walks through those steps.
Note: Only users with an active paid Loopio license will be able to authenticate and use the Copilot Agent once it has been installed.
Requirements
Before you begin, confirm that:
- You have Microsoft 365 administrator access for your organization's tenant
- Minimum license required: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat license (without Add-on)
- The users you are enabling have active paid Loopio licenses
- Those users also have Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses
Install the Loopio Copilot Agent
- Go to the Microsoft App Marketplace or Agents Store in your Microsoft 365 admin environment
- Search for Loopio Copilot Agent
- Select the app and click Add to add it to your organization
- Assign access to the appropriate users or groups — for example, your Sales team or anyone with an active Loopio license
Important: Users without a paid Loopio license will not be able to authenticate or use the Agent, even if it has been assigned to them in Microsoft 365.
Next Steps
Once you have installed the Agent and assigned access, your users can add it to their Microsoft 365 apps and sign in with their Loopio credentials.
