How Can I Search the Loopio Library Using the Loopio Copilot Agent for Microsoft 365?

Overview

You can use the Loopio Copilot Agent to search your Loopio Library and retrieve vetted answers directly within Microsoft 365, without opening Loopio. This is useful any time you need a trusted, up-to-date response about your product or company while you're already working in Teams, Outlook, Word, or another M365 app.

 

Note: The Agent only returns content you are permitted to see in Loopio. If you expect to see a result that isn't appearing, confirm with your Loopio Administrator that you have access to the relevant Stack.

When to Search the Library

  • During customer calls in Microsoft Teams when you need a quick, vetted answer
  • While drafting emails, documents, or proposals in M365 Copilot
  • When completing a response within a Word-based RFP
  • When verifying a reply for a subject matter expert in Outlook

How to Search for Library Entries

  1. Open a chat with the Loopio Copilot Agent in Microsoft Teams or M365 Copilot
  2. Ask your question in natural language, for example:
    • "What's our security compliance approach?"
    • "Find responses about data privacy in the Security stack."
  3. The Agent searches your Loopio Library and returns the most relevant entries
  4. Review the answer and supporting details, such as the Stack, category, and last updated date
  5. Copy the response into your Teams chat, email, document, presentation, or wherever you need it

Tips for Better Results

  • Be specific: Narrow your query to get more precise results
    • ✅ Use: "security compliance for healthcare customers"
    • ❌ Avoid: "security"
  • Reference a Stack when helpful: Including the Stack name focuses the search, for example, "Search data encryption in the Security stack."
  • Use full sentences: Phrasing your query as a complete question tends to return better matches, for example, "How do we handle GDPR requests for enterprise customers?"
