What is Automated Answers?
The Automated Answers experience seamlessly integrates both responses from approved sources and AI-generated content.
This system automatically utilizes all available content sources accessible to you, including your Library, Projects, and Documents, ensuring that the most accurate and relevant answers are provided without any additional effort on your part.
After a Project Entry is answered using automation, you can either mark the Entry Complete, or assign it to another user for editing or review.
How Can I Run Automated Answers?
Using Get Answers to Automate Answers for Your Entire Project
Important: Automated Answers can be run on up to 500 Entries at a time. Automated Answers will only run on unanswered Project Entries. Automated Answers is intended as a first pass at answering your Questions, before you have begun answering them using the other available options.
- Click Get Answers at the top of the Project Workspace
- Select the Sections in which you want to automate your answers
- Click Continue

Select your desired information sources and click Continue
Tip: To return only verbatim content from your Library, deselect the "Use AI to compose answers when no exact match is found in your sources" toggle.
- Select your desired answer Length and Tone, and enter any additional instructions
- (optional) Select Save sources and prompt as your default for this project if you want to skip steps 2-7 when getting more Answers in the same Project
- Click Get Answers
Once answers have been entered in your Project, you'll see a summary of how many were answered with High Confidence and how many responses need further verification.
You'll also have the option to either:
- See Entries that have been answered
- Re-Run Automated Answers with customized settings
