The Project Report page is organized into two sections:
- Key Metrics: Six metric cards that provide an at-a-glance view of project health and performance.
- Data Visualizations: Charts that break down project outcomes, completion times, win rates, and automation metrics to help understand project performance.
Accessing the Projects Report
- Click Reporting in the main navigation
- Select Projects
What Charts Are Available in the Projects Report?
The Projects Report offers several key metrics and visualizations to help you understand project performance, automation, and win rates. These include:
- Project Volume: Total number of Projects matching the applied filters
- Time to Complete: Average number of days to complete a Project
- Win Rate: % of closed Projects marked as Won
- On-time Completion Rate: % of Projects completed on or before their due date
- Active Projects Past Due Date: % of Active Projects that are currently overdue
- Closed Incomplete Projects: % of closed Projects that were Stopped or Lost rather than Completed or Won
- Project Status: Total Projects broken down by status (Completed, Active, Won, Lost, Stopped, Deleted)
- Avg. Time to Complete by Project Type: Average number of days to complete a Project, broken down by Project Type (RFP, RFI, SQ, DDQ, PP, Other)
- Win Rate by Project Type: % of closed Projects marked as Won, broken down by Project Type
- Answer Automation: A visual summary of how much of your Project content is automated versus manually answered
- Automation Rate by Project Type: % of content in a Project that was populated using an automation source, broken down by Project Type
- Automation Source Breakdown: Total count of Project entries populated by each automation source (Automated Answers, Generative AI, Magic, Magic with edits, Library Search, Library Search with edits, Project Search, Project Search with edits)

Automation Source Breakdown by Project Type: The same automation source breakdown, segmented by Project Type
Switch to the Table & Export tab to view detailed project-level data for all projects matching the selected filters.
Filtering the Projects Report
Use the filter panel on the left to customize the report view and focus in on the information you need.
Tip: If your filters aren't visible, click the filter icon on the left to expand the filter panel.
