How Can I Report on My Projects?

Accessing the Projects Report

 

Permissions Required: Reporting Level 1 (Full Access) permissions are required to access the Projects Report. Data available in the reports will vary based on specific Project permissions, read more: How Are Reports Impacted by User Permissions?

  1. Click Reporting in the main navigation
  2. Select Projects

The Project Report page is organized into two sections:

  • Key Metrics: Six metric cards that provide an at-a-glance view of project health and performance.
  • Data Visualizations: Charts that break down project outcomes, completion times, win rates, and automation metrics to help understand project performance.

Switch to the Table & Export tab to view detailed project-level data for all projects matching the selected filters.

Filtering the Projects Report

Use the filter panel on the left to customize the report view based on Business Unit, Project Owner, Project Type, Project Status, and the selected time period.

TIP: If the filter panel isn't visible, use the filter icon to expand the filter panel:
