User Workload Reports give you a central view of how work is distributed across your team, across two report types: the Project Workload Report and the Library Review Workload Report.
Project Workload Report
The Project Workload Report gives you a quick view of your team's work across your Projects.
- % of Entries overdue: Entries (answers and reviews) with past due dates that are not yet completed
- % of Entries due this week: Entries (answers and reviews) due by the end of this calendar week (Sunday)
- On-time answer completion rate: % of Entries answered on or before their due date
- On-time review completion rate: % of Entries reviewed on or before their due date
- Project Workload Distribution: Light, Moderate, High, Excessive
The table view provides details on:
- Number of Active Projects the User is participating in
- Number of Total Assignments (includes assigned Entries and Reviews)
- Number of Total Assignments Overdue (includes assigned Entries and Reviews)
- Number of Entries to Answer Now (Entries where the user could take immediate action)
- Number of Entries to Answer Later (Entries where the user can't yet take action, for example, the user is assigned a later step in a multi-step assignment)
- Average Answer Turnaround Time (Days)
- % On-Time Answer Completion Rate
- Number of Entries to Review Now (Entries where the user could take immediate action)
- Number of Entries to Review Later (Entries where the user can't yet take action, for example, the Entry has not yet been submitted for review)
- Average Review Turnaround Time (Days)
- % On-Time Review Completion Rate

- Click Reporting in the top navigation
- Select User Workload > Project Workload Report
Filtering the Project Workload Report
Yes, you can filter the report in two ways.
Report Segment Tabs
At the top of the page, select from Assignee Workload, Reviewer Workload, or All (both).
Report Filter Sidebar
In the left sidebar, there are various filters you can apply to your Project Workload Report:

Library Review Workload Report
This report provides a central view of your team's reviews, providing organization-wide visibility and driving accountability.
There are two views of this report: the Team View and the Individual View.
Library Review Workload Report: Team View
The Library Review Workload Report Team View gives you a quick view of your team's work across your Library:
- % of Reviews overdue: Library Reviews with past due dates that are not yet completed
- % of Reviews due this week: Library Reviews due by the end of this calendar week (Sunday)
- Average Review Turnaround Time: Average days between assignment and completion for Library Reviews
- On-time review completion rate: % of Reviews completed on or before their due date
- Reviewer Workload Distribution: Light, Moderate, High, Excessive
The table view provides details on:
- Number of Currently Assigned Reviews
- Total Review Assignments
- Number of Reviews Completed
- Number of Overdue Reviews
- Upcoming Review Assignments (Reviews with assignment dates after today, for example, upcoming recurring Review Cycles)
- % On-Time Completion Rate

Can I Remind Users of Assigned Reviews from the Library Review Workload Report?
Yes, from the Library Review Workload Report, you can Nudge a Reviewer to send them a reminder email.
- Click Reporting in the main navigation
- Select User Workload > Library Review Workload
- Click the name of the Reviewer in the table
- Find the Entry in the list, and click the lightning bolt icon in the Nudge column (far right)
- (optional) Click + Add a custom message and add a message to be included in the email reminder
- Click Send
