How Are Reports Impacted by User Permissions?
Reporting Level 1 (Full Access) permissions are required to access Reporting screens.
- For Library Reports, Users with Library Level 1 (Read Only) permissions or higher to at least one Stack are able to generate Reports on Library Entries that they are permitted to view.
- For Project Reports, Users with Projects Level 1 (Participant) or Projects Level 2 (Creator) permissions will only have the ability to generate Reports for Projects in which they are either the Owner, or have the Project Administrator role. Users with Projects Level 3 (Full Access) permissions are able to Report on all Projects.
- User Workload Reports are limited to Users with the General Admin: Manage Users permission.

Library Report
The Library Report provides insights into the usage and maintenance of libraries. It helps you ensure that your library contains reusable, up-to-date content and is well-maintained. Additionally, the Library Report helps users identify usage patterns, which can be used to make informed decisions about your content strategy.
The updated Library Report features separate tabs for visualizations and table view, allowing you to focus on each view independently. It also introduces additional data, filters, and visualizations that were not available in the previous version.
What Charts Are Available in the Library Report?

- Out Of Date: score of 1-4
